I am obsessed with avocado toast! And I have a feeling I’m not the only one. There are so many ways to make it…here are two of my favorite variations:
Avocado Toast with Crushed Red Peppers
Ingredients:
- bread
- 1 avocado
- salt
- olive oil (optional)
- red pepper flakes
Directions:
- Toast bread.
- While bread is toasting, scoop inside of avocado into bowl. Mash with fork. Don’t mash too much. It should still be a little chunky.
- Spread avocado on toast.
- Sprinkle with salt, drizzle olive oil, and add red pepper flakes to taste. Eat and enjoy!
Avocado Toast with Raw Garlic
Ingredients:
- bread
- 1 avocado
- 1 garlic clove
- salt & pepper
Directions:
- Toast bread.
- While bread is toasting, scoop inside of avocado into bowl. Mash with fork. Don’t mash too much. It should still be a little chunky.
- Spread avocado on toast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice raw garlic into thin pieces. Top avocado with garlic slices. Eat and enjoy!

I cannot imagine putting anything better on that recipe then the garlic and red pepper. YUM!!!!!!!!
