Avocado Love!

Once you start talking to a lot of plant-based eaters you’ll learn that as a group…we really love our avocados! Avocados are delicious and such a great source of healthy fat, which everyone needs in their diet.

Since I changed the way I eat I’ve been finding so many more creative ways to use avocados. Can you believe I didn’t even know about avocado toast before I started eating plant-strong?!?! If avocado toast is a new concept to you too then check out my post on it here…it’s one of my absolute favorite lunch foods. Here are some of my favorite ways to use avocados.

Guacamole

    You have made avocados my favorite veggie! So glad to see some other recipes. I LOVE avocado with Annies Green Goddess dressing, romaine lettuce, cucumbers and dried fruit mixed in.
