· 1 bunch bok choy (or a few bunches of baby bok choy) · 1 head of cabbage · 2 garlic cloves, chopped · ½ cup olive oil · Tamari sauce (to taste) · ¼ cup sesame seeds · Rice of your choice

I like to serve this recipe over rice, so start cooking rice according to package instructions first. Then move on to making the vegetables.

Chop bok choy and cabbage into large pieces. In a large pan over medium heat sauté garlic, cabbage and bok choy in olive oil until bok choy starts to wilt.

Once greens start to wilt, add sesame seeds and tamari to the greens to taste. Sauté for another 3-5 minutes.
