Garlic Bean  Dip

An easy recipe for healthy, delicious garlicky  vegan bean dip.

What you'll need

· small food processor · 1 cucumber, sliced · 1 15 oz can cannellini beans · 1 garlic clove, minced · 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil · juice of 1 fresh lemon · red pepper flakes, to taste · salt & pepper, to taste

Drain beans. Combine beans, minced garlic, olive oil and lemon juice in a food processor.

Add red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Pulse food processor for a few seconds until smooth.

Place in serving bowl. Garnish with more red pepper flakes, parsley & sliced cucumbers.
