Back in 2015, I took a Vegan Thanksgiving cooking class at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. One my favorite takeaways from the class was actually the easiest recipe we made!

It's so easy it's hardly even a recipe, more of a party trick that will wow your guests (or yourself) anytime you make it!

And it will make your kitchen smell AMAZING!

You'll need just 3 ingredients

・Olive oil ・Fresh herbs      of choice ・Fresh garlic      cloves

Herb Infused Olive Oil

Add olive oil to pot

Choose your favorite olive oil and add a cup or two* to a small or medium size pot.

Choose your fresh herbs

In our class we used rosemary and thyme. Add a handful of your fresh herbs to the pot of olive oil.

Crushed garlic

Next crush several garlic cloves. You can leave the skin on them. Add crushed cloves to the pot of herbs and oil.

Heat

Next heat olive oil, herbs and garlic over medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until fragrant.

Serve

Serve with bread of choice for dipping or drizzle directly onto bread.
